Schwarzkopf Professional upweights the strategic importance of digital media in 2018 and strengthens its digital profile with new era of influencer-based opportunities with latest influencer programme, The Collective.
Following the successful launch of an innovative social media influencer programme in 2018, seven new members have joined the #SKPCollective, an initiative that aims to accelerate digitalization while giving ambitious hairdressers a chance to enhance their social media skills.
The Collective is an energetic and fun team of digitally active Schwarzkopf Professional hairdressers from the UK and Ireland, all of whom produce beautiful, relevant and engaging social media. As part of #SKPCollective, they enjoy exclusive opportunities and education to help establish them as the next generation of hairdressing influencers.
As this year’s team were introduced, Julian Crane, General Manager of Beauty Care Professional, said: “We are delighted to welcome seven new members to #SKPCollective, as well as thanking the founding members from 2018. Their passion for hair combined with their unique take on digital will ensure their skills, salons and interpretation of the brand take centre-stage online.”
With over 40,000 followers on Instagram, #SKPCollective share exclusive content for Schwarzkopf Professional, making them advocates for its exciting products and style.
The benefits they gain include regular hands-on workshops covering social media skills and photography, previews and samples of product launches, tickets to relevant industry events and opportunities to assist backstage at Schwarzkopf Professional events. They also enjoy access to a photography kit, new product launches ahead of the market and membership of Creative Head's Coterie and The Fellowship for British Hairdressing.
