About this Position

We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Education & Technical Development Partner to join our Henkel Beauty Care Professional team, covering the North West of England.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong hairdressing background who loves sharing knowledge, inspiring others, and building meaningful relationships within the professional hair industry.

Working closely with our salon partners across the North West, you’ll play a key role in delivering technical education, supporting customer development, and driving brand engagement in one of our key regions.

What you´ll do

  • Deliver inspiring education seminars, in-salon training, and technical support to salons and customers across the North West
  • Provide expert product knowledge, ensuring correct product usage in line with Henkel standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key salon accounts, driving customer loyalty and growth
  • Support the testing, feedback, and internal set-up of new product launches (NPD)
  • Manage customer queries and complaints through technical hotline support
  • Deliver internal product and technical training to our Sales and Education teams
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams to bring campaigns to life in your region
  • Support with creating engaging content for digital platforms including social media and e-learning
  • Stay up to date with competitor activity and trends within the styling market

What makes you a good fit

  • A background in hairdressing or the professional hair & beauty industry
  • Passionate about education, training, and inspiring others
  • Strong technical knowledge of hair products, ideally with colour or styling expertise
  • Confident delivering training in both group settings and 1:1 environments
  • Customer-focused with a commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
  • Digitally savvy – comfortable using social media and digital tools to engage audiences
  • Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage your own diary in a field-based role
  • Located within or close to the North West region, with flexibility to travel across the area
