About this Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Henkel Consumer Brands as a degree apprentice in the Grocery Sales team, working with leading brands such as LIVE, Schwarzkopf, got2B, Bloo, Colour Catcher and Dylon Detergent! This is a critical role which supports the development, management, and implementation of the growth strategy for some of the UK’s biggest retailers (Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons).
What you´ll do
- Support the Grocery team to develop and deliver channel, customer plans and targets.
- Build excellent working relationships with key customer contacts.
- Assist the Sales team with retailer presentations, promotional proposal submissions, stock management, and defined business development projects.
- Support with tracking internal and external availability of products
- Assist with the weekly performance reporting, both internally and externally.
- Analyse customer sales data and provide insight into performance and forecasting.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
- Strong cross functional alignment with various internal teams
What makes you a good fit

- A level of commercial and financial awareness
- Ideally a full UK driving licence (but will consider those without)

- Strong communication and inter-personal skills – able to communicate confidently with key internal teams

- Strong IT skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
